We had only a minor issue but they took really good care of it. :)
I have had Sietsema put in carpet in two houses and tile in one and they do a great job for a very reasonable price. Do not bother with the big box guys, I had them do carpet in a living room and it was a disaster. These guys are very professional and have been around for a long time.
